Turnaround time

Radio Straps/Belts/Helmet Bands/etc: About 4-5 weeks.

Custom Leather Patch Hats: About 3 weeks. If you’re only ordering a small quantity of hats your turn around time will most likely be faster than this.

Hats already listed on our website are shipped with 7-10 days, sometimes faster.

Important things to note:

• We place wholesale hat orders AFTER you have paid. Shipping time for those is 7-14 days.

• We do not start your patches until you have approved your design. If you change your design, your turnaround time may be longer.

• Although we use quality leather and supplies, each and every patch is unique and has its own character.

If you’re local, please select that at check out so that we can contact you when your order is done and ready for pick up.

If you’re not local and are getting your item(s) shipped we use USPS Priority shipping for all of our packages.
